The MOTIVATOR ECOSYSTEM ™ is a proprietary personality testing assessment used to evaluate all candidates and team members. It consists of a semi-structured interview and report that helps you gauge most accurately how to communicate and collaborate with the candidate and team members. The MOTIVATOR ECOSYSTEM ™ sits at the very heart of everything we do.
The MOTIVATOR ECOSYSTEM ™ is a product that includes a one hour live assessment interview and a 5-page written report that details strengths, challenges, and pathways for improvement and avenues for knowing how to best communicate with a candidate. Many clients will use the assessment and report as the basis for human resources and team dynamics optimization exercises, which we also provide at additional cost.
